3/18-16 kit includes: Drill, tap, tap guide, (Qty 5) inserts no flange tapped all the way through.  This tools have been used in classic car hood repair where the hood bolts are in very thin metal. You only drill and tap the hole with the included tap guide then the insert is screwed in by hand flush with Loctite.
