PRICE IN EFFECT:
Prices are subject to change if there is a change in the industry. Due to the uncertainty of the market and rising steel and oil prices there can be a price increase without notice. If ordering with a purchase order and the price is incorrect, the items will not ship until price is corrected. Shipping: Orders will typically ship in 1 or 2 days.
RETURNS:
We accept returns on New Unused items within the first 30 days plus a 5% restocking fee applies. Please include a copy of your invoice so we have your order number, mark item on invoice as “Return” and send to the address below. We will credit your Card when the items are received. After 30 days there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. We do not refund shipping costs if charged. Items more then 60 days old or special-order items are non-returnable. Please do not send back used items, used items will not be credited. Shortage or discrepancy in shipment: Any claims for Discrepancies in shipment must be made within one week of receipt of merchandise or no credit will be issued.

There are no warranties. Seller’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective within the first 30 days and provide a copy of the invoice. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended use, and the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed. Time Fastener Co. expressly retains the right to make changes or discontinue any product it manufactures or sells at any time and without notice.
